Well, after a tumultuous summer, the website is back up and I think it's safe to say that Odyssey! as a live concert experience, is over. We had fun and we'll always remember it. The CD is still available for now, and the holidays are coming, so go buy it!

We'll be performing Odyssey! live for a second time! This time it's in Rockville Centre on Long Island! The show will be recorded for a live CD and DVD, so keep an eye out!

Well, we did it! The show was a success. The 200-seat café was packed, with some folks standing in the back. We got laughs in all the right places and plenty of enthusiastic applause. It was a big day for all of us, as a lot of work and love went into this, the live premiere of ODYSSEY! Once the holidays are over, we will be shopping the show around to other venues. Hopefull this will be the start of something, instead of a one-shot thing. Thanks to everyone who came to the show. It was a real blast!

OK, folks. The details are finally complete:
The Brooklyn Academy of Music will show 2001: A Space Odyssey at 7:00pm. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at BAM.org, or by calling moviefone at 718.777.FILM, or going in person to the BAM Rose Cinemas box office at BAM, 30 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn. After the film, the BAMcafé will host the world premiere performance of ODYSSEY! The concert itself is free.
The band consists of BROADWAY BLOTTO, BEN BOROWSKY, MARIE CUSHMORE, ROB LICHTER, PETER McGAUGHEY, TODD SHUSTERMAN and TONY WOLF.

Details are coming in slowly, but here's what we've got so far: BAM is screening the film 2001: A Space Odyssey on December 21st, 2006. After the film, we will be performing Odyssey! live in the café. Please be aware the live band does not include James Kochalka or John S. Hall, but the band sounds great, so come on down! The Onion is sponsoring the gig, so you know it's gonna be good! Times and cost are still unknown at this time. Stay tuned!
